Unreliable
I don’t mind being forced to make an online appointment in order to speak to a rep to help me design my railing, but I don’t appreciate not getting called at the designated time. Unreliable at best. I sent a follow-up email to which I never received a reply either. “Thank you”, Brandon Roman.
