I bought the eSIM for travelling in China
I bought the eSIM for travelling in mainland China. I followed all the instructions and installed before arriving. No probs at all. However, I needed to buy additional data. I had a problem in that the additional data was added to a second eSIM. The WhatsApp live chat is brilliant! On two occasions, the chat with JetPac staff has solved the issues in minutes. Would recommend
