I was not a believer
I was not a believer:-) when I got the email from Compe ceair that we are entitled to 600 EUR each for our cancelled LOT flight and they will help us to get the compensation for a fee. The communication was through an email and WatsUp, I messed up a few times the ingormation that was asked of me and they communicated again and again till we cleared up the mistakes. Responded to my messages the same day, sometimes in matter of an hour or so. The whole process took around a month and 10 days and we got the compesation minus their fee which was around 30%.
