Review request when the item hasn't even been shipped yet
I don't know why Internet retailers would ask for a customer to submit a review when the item hasn't even been delivered, and in my case, still hasn't even been received by the shipping company (based on tracking info). Placed an order in 29th November, received shipping notification on the 1st December and nothing has changed since. For me prompt processing and quick delivery are the main reasons I go back to a Internet seller when I look for something. Looks like this could be my only purchase from Fire Maple, based on this experience.
