Bait and switch
Playing is fun. They have great sales. My first few redemptions at the minimum withdrawal went through quickly, but now I'm waiting on 2 redemptions, one for 1800, while they go through some checks. Seems a little suspicious that after a few quick redemptions, I now have to wait 1-3 business days. I'll update after I get my winnings. I hope I get them soon, Customer service is responsive. This was my quickly growing to be my favorite site, but now I don't know. **Update** After this review, I got an email saying I shouldn't have said this. Then my account was locked. I can't login. Customer service is no longer responding. I'm still waiting on 1900. I need that money. This is exactly what I was afraid of.
