A very pleasant shopping experience
Unfortunately, the brass headshell washers did not match my specific Technics tonearm, but Le Son owner Gregory was very friendly and helpful during the return shipment process and made a quick and full refund (minus shipping and Paypal costs, which is perfectly understandable). Even though the product did not work for me, this was a VERY enjoyable online shopping experience, and I highly recommend Le Son for it!
