I loved everything about interacting…
I loved everything about interacting with Songmont. I had to email them a number of times with queries and I always got prompt, helpful and warm responses. You can tell that the brand has heart and a human touch. Shipping from China to South Africa took just 5 business days and soon I was introduced to my beautiful, soft chocolate bag. It just feels luxurious. The quality of the bag is undeniable. It's in the stitching, the material and the finishings. Such affordable luxury. I would definitely recommend this brand any day.
