These guys are pure scammers.
These guys are pure scammers. I purchased a robot vacuum cleaner XPro 600 and it was working fine for couple of years. At one point it just stopped working and I contacted their CS. After weeks of idle conversations and mails, they told me I should replace the battery and I agreed. Sent them money via their Paypal account but never received the battery. When I approached them to ask what happened, they just stopped replying to their mails. Scammers.
