Controller failed in less than a year & more
Controller failed in less than a year. They replaced it which is not too bad but it just has been problem after problem. Unreachable, "Not responding", flickering random patterns, flashing white randomly, failed controller all within a span of a year. It's so hard to catch that you'd be hard pressed to even show it to them cause it happens so randomly and nanoleaf WILL ASK YOU FOR VIDEO EVIDENCE TO PROVE YOU'RE NOT A LIAR. It not only affects the performance when it's paired to my Siri homepod it has issues with all the smart speakers. Pairing it can be a nightmare of swirling wheels of death and constant push blames to your router when 1 min it works the other it does not doesn't make sense. Marketed at a premium quality price it definitely does not live up to it at all. Be warned if you are considering nanoleafs, it's a hype/fad. It is in fact a myriad of technical issues waiting to happen once u get it, unless you like sitting in the dark without lights tinkering trying to fix it more often than using it.
