DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE
Absolutely pathetic - after 6 weeks I'm still waiting for delivery. The UK carrier the Chinese carrier chose to use is the most incompetent in the UK, EVRI, and lost the parcel. They assume no one has to go to work during the days and won't deliver to their own hub. Now Voptronics is distancing itself from responsibility putting onus on an unnamed Chinese middle man to sort out. I chase them daily and still don't have my package. Utterly pathetic. DO NOT BUY FROM SUPPLIERS RELYING ON EVRI TO DELIVER
