If there was less than 1 star I would give. I have paid twice to wondershare to move my WhatsApp from android to iPhone 15 since January. I have paid twice already £33.26 and £42.94, there prices keeps changing, I have followed the instruction yet nothing, I have raised a ticket and still their customer service were completely unhelpful. I just want my money back and find another means to sort it out. Honestly be mindful if you wish to use this company, beware of the price changes. I want a full refund.

i am moving from andriod to iphone and…
i am moving from andriod to iphone and came across this, i purchased to start the transfer with the cable and it didnt work, and it made me purchase another one at a much higher price still i couldn’t transfer to iphone 15plus, it kept showing me to use a lighting cable which 1phone 15 plus doesn’t have as it’s the new usbc cable. So I now had to purchase a 3rd one for desktop, the app was kinda working.i got to the part I had to do end to end encryption on my android which I did and I also created a password . I have gone to enter my number on the new iphone and it requests the 64 bit encryption code which it didn’t as before, now I have entered the 64 bit key and my password and it doesn’t work. I have been trying to migrate all week from android to iphone and this app was my last hope, and now my data is not even up to date. I cant restore my data as it ask for a key which I have entered from doing it on my android and it doesn’t work. So now I want a full refund of all 3 payments made and I also want my data which it advised Is stored for the transfer to the new phone. The biggest issue i have now is that i have lost my data and i cant restore the most recent chats from my icloud to my iphone.
