I have sent 9 emails requesting to purchase a replacement charge port cover for a ulefone armor 2. I was sent a link to purchase volume buttons which is the wrong part (not even close).. I have emailed a further 7 or so times to both sales and parts@ulefone and have not received a reply from either since..
