I am extremely disappointed with this company. When I placed my order, the delivery time clearly said 5–12 days to Canada, but it took almost 3 months to arrive. And when it finally did — they printed someone else’s picture instead of mine. How can such a careless mistake even happen? This was supposed to be a personal 3D print, and they completely ruined it. I can’t believe the lack of attention and responsibility. I’ve asked for a full refund immediately. If you’re considering buying from them, think twice — long delays, terrible service, and zero quality control.
