Wish I could give this company minus five stars. I booked a flight through them and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. They didn’t match the airline’s luggage deal, so we were left worse off than if we’d booked direct — exactly the kind of “gotcha” you don’t expect when paying someone to organise your travel. But the worst part? They issued the ticket with the WRONG flight time, and because of their mistake we missed the flight. No traveller should lose a flight because a booking company can’t get the most basic detail right. If you value your time, money, or sanity, book directly with the airline and avoid this company altogether. Extremely disappointed
