The facilities are great but the people are even better.
The facilities are great, with location, equipment, building presentation etc all of extremely high standard. But the real difference is the people. Always positive, professional yet friendly, proactive in suggestions for not just doing what we asked to get done - but helping us with what we actually needed to get done (whether we realised it or not !). Top notch in every regard and a credit to themselves and their management who selected them, trained them and set the standard for culture and behaviour. We've been a client for 3 years now and I will cut costs wherever I can but realise there is real value in our Servcorp relationship.
