Extremely poor communication when it matters most
We ordered a commercial treadmill for our new gym 2 months ago, which is due to open on 1 August. Unfortunately, our experience has been incredibly disappointing. The treadmill has now missed multiple delivery dates, and the tracking has changed to a “Delivery Obstacle” with no explanation. Despite repeated emails, messages and phone calls, we have been unable to get a meaningful update. The only contact available has simply stopped responding, leaving us with no idea where our order is or when it will arrive. As a business preparing to open, we understand that delays can happen. What is not acceptable is being ignored when all we’re asking for is an honest update so we can plan accordingly. After reading other reviews, it’s also surprising how many responses seem to attribute issues to the delivery company. While couriers can of course have problems, several customers describe situations involving missing paperwork or shipping documentation, which are the responsibility of the sender rather than the courier. That pattern doesn’t inspire confidence. At the moment, we still don’t know when we’ll receive equipment we’ve already paid for, and the lack of communication has been far more frustrating than the delay itself. I sincerely hope Titanium Strength resolves this quickly, but based on our experience so far, I couldn’t recommend them. I will update our progress as we go on and once we have an update but currently it’s been disappointing
