Utter(ly) sham(bolic)
Two of the 3 items eventually arrived, although it took over 2 months. One item is still outstanding. I was also promised a 20% refund on the full order if I didn't cancel it, but they have stated that this promised refund will take about 6 months to process. In a world of instant payments, 6 months is obviously a ploy to get out of paying me what's owed.
