Excellent villa in beautiful position
Well, Summer in Italy never lets us down! With the unrelenting heat and visiting family members who were desperate for A/C and a pool, we were able to find a villa, miraculously available for the dates we needed, at the last minute The price was right, and everyone was thrilled with the villa. We have stayed at Villa Virginia before, and must say it has held up well through the years, being impeccably maintained. With 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of patio space, a shady pergola, there was room for everyone. Mostly they just wanted to relax and enjoy the views, the cool interior and the pool, which was fine, though we ventured into Santa Maria di Castellabate for a swim in the Mediterranean below the castle, and a seafood feast. The staff, as always, is super-helpful, and the caretaker was superb
