Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Refuses to take down my profile picture that they have up on their website. I’ve sent AT LEAST four emails to them telling them to take it off my profile and they won’t. Then when I requested they delete my account they asked why. I told them I found a service I like better and still they REFUSE to respect my wishes and delete my account. It’s my account, I want it deleted. Disgraceful customer service. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. In the past I would have recommended them, but no longer. They are disrespectful and their service charge is outrageous compared to other taobao agents that work just fine. Yoybuy isn’t a scam, but they don’t deserve your hard earned money.
