Great customer service!
I had an issue with my feeder, so contacted the support team. They responded to my claim within 5 minutes and all further responses were answered so quickly; the issue was resolved and a new feeder order/dispatched with an hour or so of making the initial enquiry. I’ve been loving the product, aside from this little hiccup, but this experience means that I’m confident with carrying on using it, as I know that if any other issues come about (which I think is unlikely), that it’d be sorted quickly and efficiently. Absolute 10/10 on customer service!
