My flight was rescheduled, however a lot of excuses from Traveloka even I have fulfil the conditions of refund. Yet the customer service number is AI agent, could not be reachable. I have to call to the airline to confirm if I can get refund for my flight and also chat to livechat in order to get supporting documents to support my refund.
