All round very poor Avoid!
My letpot Max arrived damaged due to their extremely poor packaging and was missing the nutrient food. I emailed them with pictures and I am still waiting for a reply. Their customer service is terrible and their understanding of English is well below par. I had to ask them the same question 3 times and still didn't get the answer I was looking for on a query before I purchased from them. I should have purchased from West Kent Hydroponics who are the original designers of this type of system as the copy I purchased is just Chinese junk.
