The worst aftersale service possible...
I should have first read trustpilot review before ordering one Ulefone Armor 3T and loose my money. The phone was great at first but after only 2 month of use, the power button start to make problem and the phone was switching on/off randomly. After a long and discouraging process to obtain the right to send it back to their HK repair centre at my own cost, I have wait 4 month with no reply ( the parcel reach them after 10 days ) to my weekly email, they have finally reply that the phone have been flooded and will not be repaired as it's out of warrantee in this case. It is one absolute lie as I've never immersed the phone in any kind of liquid.... So basically they have keep the phone and that all !!! After some search online I've find out in other reviews that it's the way that work their repair service. They find on reason to tell that your phone is not repairable and that it's your fault and out of warrantee !!! So please avoid this brand !
