Terrible timing and work ethic
I have ordered from this brand twice. For the most part their costumes are nice, but they always never get things done in a timely manner. My most recent order was placed February 14, and today is April 29. So its been over two months and I still don't have my costume. I recently emailed them since they said it would be shipped out by April 16. They said my costume is still being made and will be shipped out in May. Im just hoping it comes soon. With my other costume, a Sombra cosplay, it came within 2 months only because a family member was getting it for me for my birthday and was very angry that it wasnt done in a timely manner. While the jacket was rather nice, some parts were obviously rushed. The vinyl on the gloves were done poorly and had ends sticking out, and the belt isnt the best quality. So overall, their stuff is rather an okay quality (im satisfied with most of my cosplay but theres parts that could be better), and if they have a costume you really want make sure to constantly contact them so they actually get your costume made. If you let it be, they will not do it and forget about it.Though it shouldn't work like that, unfortunately it does. So try to refrain buying from this company unless you wont need the cosplay within the next 3-4 months
