SCAM COMPANY. I ordered a lipstick on Instagram from this company for $29. I opted out of the 90 cent extra shipping insurance and when I looked at my credit statement 15 minutes later, not only did they charge me the 90 cents insurance, but an additional $11 for taxes. I immediately emailed them to cancel the order. They went back and forth playing dumb saying I would get an update for when my product shipped. I kept saying to cancel the product and it would be another nonsensical response. I'm currently disputing this charge with Paypal. From the time I emailed them to cancel the product and the time it was brought to their shipping department 12 hours had passed. And now they say I didn't cancel in time. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this unreputable company. They shipped this from SPAIN and now say I can return the item, but have to pay for shipping. Unbelievable!
