sent a defective phone by doogee mall and they refuse to allow me to return it,even though terms of service on their website say that this is allowed. avoid this fraudelent company..

dishonest company
seems to be a lot of false reviews here. the defective phone they sent me was bad and now they will not answer emails about returning it.. they will not honour their return policy .
