Rip off returns and refund process, customer BEWARE.
Ordered a dress for my wife. Quality was good but not her taste so we returned item. I understand a charge for 'trying on' expensive items like wedding dress is fair but this was a £44 dress. So initial charge for dress and delivery was £51 and I received a refund of £34. DISGUSTING rip off of new customer. Obviously we won't be shopping with you again.
