Purchased wardrobes for our walk in dressing room. 4 months later we had a selection of products but only1/3 were as ordered. Some we got multiples of, at least 2 packages were broken, or items were missing. Then we recieved a bunch of this we did not order. Dealing with Litfad, although we all remained polite, took forever. There appears to be no central system allowing Litfad to check what they sent and no central tracking system. We had to provide them all the information on the packages received (photos of the labels, tracking labels, dates recieved, couriers delivered by, photos of it built, floor layouts...) Months went by getting all this sorted. In the end we managed to cobble together a dressing room and requested a VERY REASONABLE 20% discount on the order to avoid the credit cards getting involved.. however now... weeks have gone by and the money that was agreed has not appeared. Stupidly we ordered a light as well. The three-way light setting (e.g. cool and warm) is not existent, so it is just hard white... The products look good, and OK quality but Litfad's quality control is way below standard.
