Terriable terrible company
I have a ulefone power 3, which has a slight crack after a fall on carpeted floor. Which brings to question the quality of the screen. Poor. After been told by supplier that I had to send back for screen replacement with both sent and return cost from London plus the cost of the screen added together I might as well buy a new phone ( definitely not a ulefone) I attempted to contact ulefone direct to advice on alternative action purchase a original screen, despite several email sent I received absolutely no respond from ulefone. Terrible terriable company. As to the phones itself it’s bulky heavy and performance is very questionable. This is not a good company and after sales service is the worst to know. I personally without predjuice not recommend this company and if you live outside of country of manafacture..... run a mile
