Returns are expensive and difficult
Bought from this site after watching Lydia Tomlinson, an influencer on YouTube. Received my item which actually is quite good quality but the item is too small. The returns process is a MINEFIELD! it’s not easy. There was no paperwork with my item and I only found the order number to start a return I needed in an email. You have to return to New York at your own expense so, from the U.K., that’s nearly £30! I wouldn’t recommend this company based on the returns process alone. I won’t be shopping here again.
