if they break, bin it, as you have no chance of getting it fixed
Phone is decent for the price, I also oen a blackview tablet and used to think they were good, but you better pray it never fails, my phone has been with for them over 3 months just to fix a faulty button (warranty repair) as others have mentioned you will get no response from the support team, at this point I don't think I will ever see my phone again. I would never purchase another Blackview
