Horrible company, watch lost in the mail and they won't refund me! BUYER BEWARE!
Horrible company, my parcel was damaged and the watch was lost during the shipping process. I opened a case (dispute) with Paypal and they sided with Skywatches. I had all the evidence as my Postal service gave me a document stating that the mail was damaged. I contacted the seller and they requested for the documents, but they never contacted me back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! THEY DO NOT INSURE THEIR PARCELS AND WILL IGNORE YOUR EMAILS/DISPUTES! Order number 100027092 Edit: My CC provider refunded me the money via chargeback dispute within 2 weeks (after Paypal screwed me over with their dispute system). They found that the dispute case was in my favour unlike Paypal ridiculous decision to side with the seller even though I had the hard evidence. I will not be shopping at Skywatches ever again, and I will never recommend them to a friend or family member.
