Company is very slow and bad customer service
Company is very slow. I emailed them about the correct vet's fax number and a week later they contacted me saying they don't have the info. I had to provide the info again for them. The next time i went to order i tried to use a coupon code. When it didn't work , i emailed them. It took over 48 hours to get an answer and i needed to email twice to get a response. When i did get an answer they told me i could not use the code and to feel free to shop else where. I will in the future shop with the other site i use, who provides more prompt service and is more efficient with getting my vets info. These are items I purchase monthly for maintenance so, if they had worked with me they could have gotten continually business.They didn't even offer there normal 15% off coupon? Bad customer service.
