This company needs investigating by the Government.They Enable thousands of people to be scammed both sellers and buyers . I had anIPhone X and £305 stolen by a scammer living in Southampton . eBay have done nothing and they are chasing me for £1 selling fees. The customer service is not fit for purpose the Facebook customer service have the same scripted responses . If you contact the Police it’s civil matter and they don’t get involved . I have used eBay for fifteen years but I will never used it again or PayPal as they have the same appalling ethics . Something seriously needs doing and I advice everyone who has lost money etc to complain to their MP
