Absolutely appalling customer service.
Absolutely appalling customer service. Having first contacted them on 23/6/2023 with a warranty query (and sending this email again a couple of days later), I finally received a reply on 29/6/2023 telling me to contact the relevant amazon store. I immediately responded and told them that there was an issue with the store's amazon portal and have heard nothing since despite numerous follow-up emails. A week on from my reply to them and I am still waiting for a response.
