Never buy from K&F Concepts
Never buy from K&F Concepts. “No Reason Returns”, “free shipping” are misleading, at best. I asked to return an unwanted item (gift). Here is what I was told, copied from their email: Yes we do accept returns. We do have 30 Days Return Policy According to our 30 Days Return Policy & Conditions, for returns caused by the buyer, returned shipping cost will be borne by you,and bear customs duty that may arise.thanks for understanding. You can check it on the return item. But the products you ordered are not of high value,and the return fee to china may be higher. Or I have a suggestion, this (removed link) product is actually available for your use in some occasions,just wondering whether you are willing to keep it, no matter is a gift or resell;and we can offer $10 discount if you are willing to keep the product. So, I can pay to ship it to China, pay all duties and customs, and maybe one day, see a refund that will never equal my return cost. I exchanged multiple emails request to return to a US address. No avail. They reminded me that I was not authorized to ship anywhere without their permission. They were always polite. They were never customer-oriented or satisfying. Deceptive practices. NEVER buy from K&F Concepts. Just my opinion.
