A Polished Website for a Non-Existent Service: Avoid
I am frustrated and disappointed with my experience with this company. I hired them for a specific purpose—to rigorously test my app and provide actionable feedback—and the service they advertise is simply not what they deliver. Despite having a polished webpage with a great set of instructions for their intake forms, the actual execution was abysmal. It was glaringly obvious that no specific, meaningful testing was done. They completely skipped all the key code paths in my app. To make matters worse, their customer support was utterly entirely unhelpful. When I confronted them about the missing tests, they promised to fix the issue and explicitly assured me they would go back and test the paths I specified. Absolutely nothing happened. It was nothing but empty promises and zero follow-through. The only mildly useful thing they provided was a few suggestions for what to put in the production form. But since I already had sufficient testers, this was absolutely not what I paid them for. The entire experience felt incredibly misleading. They present themselves as a professional testing service, but they completely failed to provide the core service I hired them for. I wasted my time relying on them. I highly advise looking elsewhere unless you're simply looking to fill in numbers for your app.
