Fantastic tea and fantastic customer service, they sent me loose tea instead of tea bags and when I contacted their customer services they replied very quickly. They apologised for the order mixup and are sending me some tea bags and said I can keep the loose tea as well. I highly recommend this company, the Earl Grey is lush.
