Nice products until you have an issue. I bought an air purifier to match my Saturn 4 ultra printer, and the fan is overly noisy from the start. I contacted customer service, and I'll get instructions on how to repair it myself!!! There is no way to have the product returned and replaced; this is absolutely unacceptable and violates the laws of this country (UK).
