Could not believe how terrible my experience has been with ADT. Initially the salesman who called lied about what they were selling and said I could cancel the subscription and still get access to stove features. That was false. So I called them to make up for it and they sure did absolutely nothing but blamed me. After I canceled my membership, they still bill me. I put block pay on my card. Then they send me hate mail. So unprofessional, terrible company. ADT has been the least sensible concept I’ve ever encountered.
