Absolutely Amazing Service with Dji Refresh. I only owned my Mavic pro 3 mini 2 weeks and I managed to damage it badly by crashing it. I contacted DJI the following day (Monday) and I had a replacement drone on Thursday. I also accidentally sent back my battery. I contacted Dji again and they’ve sent me a brand new battery. Can’t fault them at all
