My fiancé bought me a beautiful cross…
My fiancé bought me a beautiful cross diamond necklace. When it arrived the cross was not on the chain. It would not go over the clasp as they were too big. When he reached out to customer service they told him the warehouse said he can squeeze the clasp (ruin the necklace) to get the cross on. And when they finally because he put up a fight agreee to send a new one he receive not response and communication and had to follow up. Do not order from here the customer service is poor!!
