My withdraw attempt did not work so I contacted their helpdesk. Their helpdesk then tried to authenticate me by requesting a picture of my drivers license and a utility bill. That is completely unacceptable as those items have my personal information (DOB, address, etc). When I refused, they suspended my account. I recommend using a different site to redeem your points.
