Slow and Expensive Delivery
I ordered a bottom seal for my garage door on a Saturday morning. I paid $11.55 for shipping. I did not get the strip until the following Saturday, and it was delivered via regular mail, with a postage of $2.55. It should have shipped as "fast" as advertised, and for $11.55, it should have shipped via UPS, FedEx, or at least 2-day postal shipping. I will never order from them again.
