Once again we have been let down by…
Once again we have been let down by Sports Direct. THey charged me £10 for next day delivery, but the item didnt arrive for a few days afterwards.Customer service were useless and said i have to call them back after its been delivered to get the money back.I emailed the CEO he has not even bothered to respond. He should be terminated, as the service delivery stems from the top and if the top guy is shocking then the staff will just reflect that culture, wont ever shop there again.
