Mostly Good, Some Bad
If there are problem with an order they will take care of you. I have had 1 problem with exactly 1 order in the past 5 to 7 years that I have bought from Superbiiz. Their website can be frustrating to use at times when it comes to sorting items. The "up side" to their web site is the fact they have not loaded up their website with videos and "fancy web effects" like another well-known "super sized" e-tailer in the southern part of California. I like the fact that I can find "prosumer" and "business class" hardware on this site that is hard to find at the larger e-tailers. The "down side" to the selection at Superbiiz is "out of stock" issues. Superbiiz prices are not the best you can find on the Internet, but the prices I pay are not overpriced either. Superbiiz email communications of sales and specials is not as good as it could be. These emails seem like little more than a prodding tot he consumer to check out the website for details. So I think Superbiiz has "room for improvement" while I also think they have a place in online e-tailing due to their product selections.
