I bought an oclean w10 lite from Boots. I saw lots of alternatives on amazon but selected a product from Boots as I assumed that the value Boots brings is customer service as necessary and more importantly I thought Boots would select carefully the products they sell. Not great assumptions, live and learn. I can't even set it to the speed I want to select. It's the 3rd water flosser I've owned, so I know how to use one, but can't use this. I'll update this if the supplier helps.
