So pleased with this business
My experience with WattCycle has been excellent. I purchased a V2.5 5.12kWh 48V 100Ah Rack LiFePO4 Battery plus Ecoflow adaptor during a recent sale. The purchase process was straightforward and even provided a space for additional info to be added. This battery weighs nearly 42kg - way more than this Little Old Lady can safely manage alone - and could I request assistance on delivery. I received a very prompt response from Erin at Wattcycle explaining I would need to contact the courier once my delivery was assigned to the most suitable. This all went very smoothly with the Allied Express delivery driver helping to unbox the battery and place it on my trolley. Setting up the battery with my portable power station (PPS) was relatively uncomplicated - a manual was provided and Wattcycle's website provides a Youtube video for safe connection of the cables. There are many videos on YT featuring this combination of a Wattcycle battery working with the Ecoflow PPS. Communication with WattCycle has to be one of the best experiences I've had with an online business. Huge shout out to the amazing Erin for the very prompt and helpful responses to my many questions. My only regret is not buying this battery sooner. It would likely have saved me from the loss of about $500 of refrigerated/frozen food items due to an electrical issue while I was away from home for a few days. I highly recommend Wattcycle if you are looking for great value batteries and excellent customer service (you might even be lucky enough to have Erin to assist you!)
