30 day refund fulfilled and great support + new robot ordered
Overall positive experience from the company, and got affected by always trying to be a first-adopter! Ordered the new Luba Lidar first which quickly had issues with its navigation, ran into objects and was missing all the map editing features Mammotion usually have without any information on the website. However, support was quite quick in allowing a full refund and I ordered a more tested RTK version which have been nicer to use and edit our yard with and functions as expected. Also got help with a promotion that started 3 days after my order was placed, and I am awaiting help with balancing out the difference between my price and the new price reduction.
