Avoid - terrible refund policy
Sent dresses back for a refund and they say that they won't refund the VAT even though it says on their website that they offer a full refund on returns. In dispute with them now. Fortunately paid on a credit card! Avoid this company at all costs. They overcharge for postage and won't refund.
